I have my Master Cruise Counselor designation from CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) and have acquired many more certifications.
My credentials include: Norwegian, Princess, Royal Caribbean and Avalon Cruise Lines. In addition, I have my Destination Specialist designations from Hawaii, Walt Disney Travel and The South Pacific Tourism Organization.
